    Our Values

    We have defined our company values in cooperation with our personnel. Our values serve as a guideline for everything we do and explain how we should work, cooperate, and treat one another. Our values are also reflected in what we do for our customers every day. Our values are the corner stone of our success.

    At Sarlin, responsibility means we work as agreed and keep our promises. We follow the common rules and work with integrity and transparency – even when we make a mistake or encounter problems.

    We are pioneers and curious about new things. In practice, we wish to challenge old ways of working and actively seek new methods that can improve quality and performance. We  experiment with and bravely adopt new tools and operating methods.
