The COVID-19 pandemic affected us and our customers, both the work we do and our work community. We are continuously looking for ways to improve our communality and the welfare of our personnel. Over the course of the year, our active well-being at work team has been busy planning and organising numerous activities to support our work ability. As the pandemic stretches on, we should pay attention to everyone’s health and happiness at work and proper management while working remotely.
Sarlin Oy Ab employs some 95 professionals and our network reaches all of Finland.

One of the key themes in this area is increasing and improving the functionality of our work community to support the professional as well as personal growth of all our employees.
