The MiniRAE 3000’s photoionization detector (PID) operates in the range of 0–15,000 ppm with a response time of just three seconds.

In addition, it features built-in correction factors for over 200 compounds and a patented sensor technology cleaning mechanism. This allows the device to measure chemical concentrations faster and more reliably than other detectors on the market.

The powerful sampling pump has a range of up to 30 meters in vertical or horizontal pipelines. With the optional built-in mesh radio network, the readings from the devices can be monitored wirelessly. Alternatively, a Bluetooth connection can transmit readings and alarm statuses up to 3 kilometers to a wireless RAELink 3 transmitter.

The built-in lamp facilitates movement in the dark, and the IP65/67-rated dust- and waterproof casing ensures the device’s reliable operation in all conditions.
