Hanwha (formerly Samsung) SM/SM 100 series turbo compressors are leaders in energy efficiency and reliability. The compressors are suitable as base load or regulating machines, with a regulation range of up to 50%.

Completely oil-free compressed air

The compressed air produced by the turbo compressor is completely oil-free and meets ISO8573-1 Class 0 requirements. The compressor's lifecycle costs are low due to the efficient components and minimal maintenance needs. When properly maintained, the compressors' energy efficiency does not deteriorate even after years of use.

IGV as standard

The compressor comes standard with IGV (Inlet Guide Vane), which effectively regulates the compressor output and saves energy. Durable and efficient intercoolers are easy to maintain and clean.

Maintenance-friendly design

The compressor's horizontally opening gearbox and simple modular design make maintenance easy. The gearbox, bearings, seals, and rotors are easily accessible without removing pipelines, cooling devices, or lubrication systems during maintenance.

Control system

The control system’s touchscreen displays all key compressor parameters. It can also adjust operating settings. The control system automatically manages pressure regulation across the entire operating range. The compressor’s operation can also be monitored remotely.
